Enable Resourcing are working on behalf of a growing and dynamic contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor specialising in demolition, cut & carve, and complex structural projects across London.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project costs from pre-construction through to final account
• Prepare valuations, variations, and cost reports
• Procure and manage subcontractor packages
• Monitor budgets and identify commercial risks and opportunities
• Support negotiations and client engagement
• Work closely with operational teams to drive project success

Requirements

• Experience within demolition, cut & carve, or complex refurbishment projects
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding
• Ability to manage subcontractor accounts and project finances
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
