Enable Resourcing are working on behalf of a leading contractor to recruit a Senior QS / Commercial Manager operating across groundworks, RC frame, demolition, and structural works in Central London.

This is a high-impact role offering full commercial ownership on a flagship scheme, suited to an experienced professional who can lead from the front and drive commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial delivery across the project lifecycle
  • Manage cost reporting, forecasting, and financial control
  • Oversee subcontract procurement and account management
  • Manage variations, valuations, and final accounts
  • Support contractual strategy and risk management
  • Work closely with senior leadership and project teams

Requirements

  • Experience in a senior commercial role on large-scale projects
  • Background in demolition, civils, or enabling works
  • Strong NEC/JCT contract knowledge
  • Proven ability to manage high-value projects
