Enable Resourcing are working with a leading infrastructure contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver groundworks and civil engineering projects in Aldermaston. This is a key role overseeing full project lifecycle delivery on technically demanding schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and programme performance
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
- Liaise with clients and key stakeholders
- Monitor progress, resources, and project risks
- Maintain strong commercial awareness across delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in groundworks or civils
- Strong leadership and site management capability
- Good understanding of programme and project controls
- SMSTS, CSCS (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
