Enable Resourcing are working on behalf of a growing and dynamic contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor specialising in demolition, cut & carve, and complex structural projects across London.
This is an opportunity to join a business known for delivering technically challenging projects in high-profile locations, where commercial expertise plays a key role in successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project costs from pre-construction through to final account
- Prepare valuations, variations, and cost reports
- Procure and manage subcontractor packages
- Monitor budgets and identify commercial risks and opportunities
- Support negotiations and client engagement
- Work closely with operational teams to drive project success
Requirements
- Experience within demolition, cut & carve, or complex refurbishment projects
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Ability to manage subcontractor accounts and project finances
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
