Hybrid Working: Up to 2 days per week from home

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a major utilities infrastructure programme, working across a mixture of clean water and wastewater treatment works. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a long‑term programme of works within a stable and well‑structured commercial environment.

This position is a consultancy role, providing commercial support and advisory services within a utilities framework environment.

Role Overview

You will support the commercial management of projects from early stages through to final account, working closely with delivery and engineering teams across a regulated utilities framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Cost control, forecasting and financial reporting
• Preparation and assessment of valuations and applications for payment
• Change control and variation management
• Administration of NEC contracts (ECC)
• Supporting procurement and subcontract commercial management
• Ensuring commercial compliance across the programme

About You

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within utilities, water or civil engineering
• Working knowledge of NEC contracts
• Experience on treatment works or infrastructure programmes preferred
• Background from a consultancy or contractor environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
