Enable Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Surfacing Supervisor to join a growing civil engineering and highways contractor delivering surfacing, highways and infrastructure projects across the UK.

Responsibilities
Supervising surfacing gangs and daily site activities
Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with RAMS
Coordinating labour, plant and materials
Maintaining quality standards and programme delivery
Liaising with Site Agents and Contracts Managers
Promoting a positive health & safety culture

Requirements
Previous experience supervising surfacing or highways gangs
Strong understanding of road surfacing and asphalt operations
SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
CSCS Card
Full UK Driving Licence
