Site Supervisor

Location: Scotland (Central Belt & surrounding areas)

Salary: £24ph to £26ph

Ref: SSSC

We are seeking experienced Site Supervisors to support the delivery of highways and general civils projects across Scotland, operating within a Tier 1 environment.

Requirements

• SSSTS (essential)

• Strong civils / highways background

• Experience supervising gangs and subcontractors

• Confident working behind Traffic Management

• NRSWA Supervisor ticket – highly desirable

• Strong safety leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of site activities

• Coordination of operatives and plant

• Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and quality standards

• Liaison with site management and delivery teams

• Supporting smooth mobilisation and ongoing delivery
