Enable Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Site Supervisor / Manager – Geotechnical / Drilling to support operations across the South East and Midlands.
This is a good opportunity for an experienced site-based professional with a geotechnical, drilling, or specialist civils background to join a business delivering technical works across multiple locations. The role will involve supervising day-to-day site operations, managing labour and plant, ensuring compliance, and maintaining safe and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site activities across geotechnical or drilling operations
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, and resources to support smooth delivery
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed consistently on site
- Monitor productivity, progress, and site standards across active works
- Liaise with operational teams, clients, and internal stakeholders as required
- Maintain site records, reporting, and general project documentation
- Identify issues early and take practical action to maintain programme and standards
- Support a positive and well-organised site environment across all work fronts
Requirements
- Previous experience within geotechnical engineering, drilling, or related specialist civils sectors
- Strong site supervision or site management background
- Good working knowledge of health and safety and operational site controls
- Ability to coordinate people, plant, logistics, and daily site activity effectively
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Relevant site certifications would be advantageous
