Quantity Surveyor – Water Sector

A well established and growing consultancy within the UK water sector is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support an expanding portfolio of long term projects.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a consultancy that genuinely invests in its people, provides exposure to high quality infrastructure projects and offers clear, structured career progression.

The role
You will work on clean and wastewater projects across the full project lifecycle, providing commercial and cost management support from early design through to delivery. The role will involve close collaboration with clients, project teams and senior commercial professionals.

You will play a key part in cost reporting, change control and contract administration, with a strong focus on NEC contracts.

• Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within water, utilities or civil engineering
• Strong NEC contract experience is essential
• Solid commercial and contractual knowledge

• Comfortable operating in a consultancy and client facing environment
• Ability to attend the Hampton office 2 to 3 days per week

Salary and package
£45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience, plus a competitive package and full support towards chartership and APC.
