Enable Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of a growing contractor operating across groundworks, RC frame, demolition, and structural works, seeking a Group Head of Health & Safety to lead and develop their H&S function.
This is a senior leadership role with the opportunity to shape company-wide safety strategy, influence culture, and drive continuous improvement across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the health & safety function across the group
- Develop and implement H&S strategy, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with legislation and best practice
- Conduct audits, reviews, and incident investigations
- Support operational teams and senior leadership
- Drive a strong, proactive safety culture
Requirements
- Senior H&S leadership experience in construction
- Background in civils, demolition, or RC frame projects
- Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation
- NEBOSH or equivalent qualification
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
