Enable Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of a growing contractor operating across groundworks, RC frame, demolition, and structural works, seeking a Group Head of Health & Safety to lead and develop their H&S function.

This is a senior leadership role with the opportunity to shape company-wide safety strategy, influence culture, and drive continuous improvement across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the health & safety function across the group
• Develop and implement H&S strategy, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with legislation and best practice
• Conduct audits, reviews, and incident investigations
• Support operational teams and senior leadership
• Drive a strong, proactive safety culture

Requirements

• Senior H&S leadership experience in construction
• Background in civils, demolition, or RC frame projects
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation
• NEBOSH or equivalent qualification
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
