Enable Resourcing are working on behalf of a leading contractor to recruit a Senior QS / Commercial Manager operating across groundworks, RC frame, demolition, and structural works in Central London.
This is a high-impact role offering full commercial ownership on a flagship scheme, suited to an experienced professional who can lead from the front and drive commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial delivery across the project lifecycle
- Manage cost reporting, forecasting, and financial control
- Oversee subcontract procurement and account management
- Manage variations, valuations, and final accounts
- Support contractual strategy and risk management
- Work closely with senior leadership and project teams
Requirements
- Experience in a senior commercial role on large-scale projects
- Background in demolition, civils, or enabling works
- Strong NEC/JCT contract knowledge
- Proven ability to manage high-value projects
