We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist contractor delivering cut & carve, demolition, and structural alteration projects across London.

This is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to take ownership of planning and programme management on complex projects where sequencing and methodology are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and update detailed project programmes
  • Monitor progress and identify risks or delays early
  • Work closely with site and commercial teams
  • Provide clear programme reporting and analysis
  • Support tender and pre-construction planning activities

Requirements

  • Experience in demolition, cut & carve, or complex builds
  • Strong knowledge of planning tools (e.g. Asta, Primavera, MS Project)
  • Good understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
