Enable Resourcing are working with a leading infrastructure contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver groundworks and civil engineering projects in Aldermaston. This is a key role overseeing full project lifecycle delivery on technically demanding schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and programme performance
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
  • Liaise with clients and key stakeholders
  • Monitor progress, resources, and project risks
  • Maintain strong commercial awareness across delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in groundworks or civils
  • Strong leadership and site management capability
  • Good understanding of programme and project controls
  • SMSTS, CSCS (preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
