Senior Quantity Surveyor – Groundworks & RC

A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team delivering a major battery storage factory project in Bridgwater. The role
You will take commercial responsibility for the Groundworks and RC package on site, managing cost control, contract administration, forecasting, reporting, and subcontractor management. Strong experience in Groundworks and RC projects is essential to successfully deliver this complex and fast-moving programme.

You will primarily work remotely, attending site only twice per week, with free accommodation available if required for commuting.

£60,000 to £100,000 depending on experience, plus package including free accommodation if required.
