Soho Depot (Birmingham – Phases 1 & 2)
We supplied a workforce of 40 operatives weekly to support full depot upgrades, including crane gantries, OLE systems, and walkways. Roles included COSS, plant operators, engineers, and skilled operatives. The project was delivered with zero incidents, achieving over £1.5M of works with consistent labour supply and high safety performance.
Feltham Resignalling (Wessex – Phases 2–4)
Our operatives supported signalling and civils upgrades across Wessex, delivering midweek and weekend possessions. We supplied COSS, points operators, LXA, handback engineers, supervisors, and civils gangs. The works were completed with excellent compliance records, ensuring consistent and reliable labour support.
Core Valley Lines (Wales)
Enable Resourcing supplied MC/CC, skilled operatives, and COSS for the installation of over 44,600m of ground troughing and CMS systems. With 90% of the workforce hired locally, the £500K+ project was praised for both competency and performance, showcasing our commitment to community-focused resourcing.
Kent & Sussex Ancillaries / Car Park Surfacing
For platform drainage works, upgrades, and car park resurfacing, we supplied groundworkers, supervisors, plant operators, and multiskilled operatives. The project was delivered with no disruption, full compliance, and a strong reputation for quality and efficiency
Liverpool Street Station Platform Extensions (Elizabeth Line)
We supported platform extensions, tactile paving, civils, and P-Way modifications on a live operational railway for MTR. At peak, over 70 operatives per shift were supplied during blockades. Roles included COSS, machine controllers, groundworkers, engineers, and supervisors. The project was delivered in a high-profile, operational environment with zero safety incidents and full Sentinel/competency compliance.
