We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team and ensure our operations align with legal and regulatory requirements.
The Compliance Coordinator will play a crucial role in enabling Enable Infrastructure Ltd to maintain a culture of compliance throughout the organization. You will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing compliance policies and procedures to ensure that the company adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will work closely with various departments, stakeholders, and external regulatory bodies to promote a strong compliance framework and mitigate potential risks.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in the infrastructure, construction, or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with risk management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using compliance software and systems.
- Professional certifications in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) are desirable but not mandatory.
